SUNFLOWER belongs to the Asteraceae family. Sunflower microgreens are nutrient powerhouses – they contain plenty of essential amino acids, calcium, iron, potassium, copper, and zinc. They are also rich in vitamins A, B complex, D, and E. Use them in any dish to add a nutty flavour and delicious crunch.
