GREEN PEA belongs to the Leguminosae family. Akin to those within the legume family, they a popular vegan protein source. They are also high in dietary fibre, vitamins A, C and E, and potassium. They have tender leaves and crispy stems, and their curly tendrils make them a stunning garnish. You may also sauté them with garlic and olive oil for some variations!

Germination time: 2-5 days after sowing
