FENUGREEK belongs to the Leguminosae family, which is in the same family as beans, peas and legumes. They are loaded with phytonutrients, iron and essential minerals that are beneficial for women’s health. Their pleasantly bittersweet flavour and fresh texture make them a perfect accompaniment to curry dishes.
