Red cabbage is one of the superfood members of the Brassicaceae family. Red cabbage microgreens have beautiful light purple stems and green leaves. They possess higher vitamins C and K, and phytonutrients polyphenols and glucosinolates than their mature plant counterparts. They taste mild cabbage flavour and crunchy, making them a perfect complement to any dish.
