China rose radish is the beauty queen within the Brassicaceae family. Their pink stems and vibrant green leaves are beautiful garnishes on top of a salad bowl and cooked dishes. Besides being beautiful, they give your dishes a crisp, spicy kick with sweet, floral undertones, as well as extra boost of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
