Beet belongs to the Chenopodiaceae family. The vibrant red stems and bright green leaves, together with the mild beet flavour, make beet microgreens an all-time chef and foodie favourite. Besides being tasty, they are also nutritious as they are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
