Alfalfa is a member of the legume family. The Arabs called it ‘the father of all foods’ in recognition of its nutritive value. Alfalfa is often being enjoyed as sprouts, but it tastes equally good as microgreens. Alfalfa microgreens have thin, white stems with green leaves. You can add them to sandwiches and salads to give a subtle nutty flavour, or to smoothies for a nutritional boost.

- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please note that we can only accept returns that are sent back to our store. The buyer would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
